Sometimes parents request things, sometimes they don’t.. and sometimes there’s shots that mom & dad just really really want.
At today’s newborn session mom wanted nothing more than a photo of baby Harper in the basket of their family tandem bike as it had a lot of sentimental meaning behind it. And to see the look on her face when we took this shot… priceless 🙂

My name is Suzy and for the last 18 years I've had the absolute honor and privilege of photographing families during their life's greatest moments in Chicago and all around the world (and I have the smile lines to prove it). I absolutely love photography, and I am extremely good at what I do. But my absolute best and most important work is being able to help people connect with their families. So they can see and appreciate of all of things that are so wonderful about their life.
