Hi, I'm Suzy, a photographer, mentor and mom of 3. I'm so glad you're here.

A few months ago, on a cold night amidst the glow of the city on top of a Whole Foods rooftop, our very good friends got engaged. I shot digital for the sake of capturing the moment, but made Vasili come along so he could man my film cameras (ummm the opportunity to shoot Kodak 3200 film at night time? yes please!).

Looking back through his images, I’d say he did a pretty darn good job.

And most importantly of all, congrats Mike & Molly!! We are SO happy for you guys and cannot wait to FINALLY attend a wedding as a guest this summer 🙂

xoxo

My name is Suzy and for the last 18 years I've had the absolute honor and privilege of photographing families during their life's greatest moments in Chicago and all around the world (and I have the smile lines to prove it). I absolutely love photography, and I am extremely good at what I do. But my absolute best and most important work is being able to help people connect with their families. So they can see and appreciate of all of things that are so wonderful about their life.
