When you’ve photographed a family a bagillion times already in a bunch of pretty outfits in too many pretty places, doesn’t it just make sense to keep it simple and do photos at home?
My favorites this time around are the ones of just mom & dad. Gosh I need to remember to do that more often..

Behind the Camera
My name is Suzy and for the last 18 years I've had the absolute honor and privilege of photographing families during their life's greatest moments in Chicago and all around the world (and I have the smile lines to prove it). I absolutely love photography, and I am extremely good at what I do. But my absolute best and most important work is being able to help people connect with their families. So they can see and appreciate of all of things that are so wonderful about their life.
