Sure I might be jumping the gun a bit on this post with Mother’s Day not coming up until next month, but do you really need just one day to celebrate moms?
I have this fabulous friend who works for Health Connect One – a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health of mothers and babies through programs that focus on peer-to-peer breastfeeding & doula support just to name a couple of their initiatives. Each mother’s day they do a little something to raise money to help advance the health and wellness of mothers and babies all across the U.S. It’s really fantastic work they do, and literally just a donation of $25 can help make a difference.
