I once had a dream of my life and the way I envisioned it to be – finding true love, creating life and becoming a mother, raising a family and watching my children grow..  Throughout this dream my hands began to weather away with time and wrinkles formed in my skin with each laugh that crossed my lips and each tear that fell from my eyes.  While going through the images of some recent sessions this morning, I realized that in the last seven days I actually watched this dream unfold before me.

I saw  young love on the cusp of building a life together …

… I witnessed the birth of a new life and a growing family ….

… I got to revisit friends one-month after bringing baby home …

… I spent an afternoon playing in the park with a loving family …

… and best of all, I got to see what happens when you fast forward through 40 years of life and love.

And once it was over, I returned back to reality before my own dream had even begun…
